Personal Training should be just that....Personal! There are too many trainers out there who take a one-size-fits-all approach to training. The fact is, each person has a different story and different needs. The first thing a trainer should do before they agree to work with you is sit down and talk about your history. They should be asking you questions about your health, past injuries, your lifestyle, your eating habits, etc. And, they should give YOU the chance to ask them questions. Picking a personal trainer is not something you do over the phone. I like to meet with a client and have a question/answer session before either of us makes a commitment.
I have been a personal trainer for more than 8 years. I have worked with people of all ages and fitness levels. I specialize in working with women over 40. I feel I am most effective with this group.
