30 Minute Meltdown©
For years I have worked with women who either wanted to get their workout in everyday but didn't have the time, or who just plain hated working out and wanted to get it over with as fast as possible. These experiences led to my creation of the 30 Minute Meltdown©
What is it?
An intense 30 minute workout that will strengthen your body
and increase your endurance. You will build new muscle and burn off your
fat. You will get both your strength training and cardio workouts in one
30 minute session. The groups are small, 2-4 people, so you get lots of
individual attention from your personal trainer.
If you have not exercised for a long time, or if you have physical limitations, we can modify the program to fit your needs.*
Please be aware that 30 Minute Meltdown© is NOT a drop in class. You MUST notify me if you plan to attend a session. Session size is limited.
I require new people to do at least one personal training session with me before attending a 30 Minute Meltdown© Session. (Personal Training is $55+tax per hour)
30 Minute Meltdown© can only be found at Fit Girl Personal Training & Pilates.
